remember this...my god did my phone ring that day.....

It was the day before Christmas
and the business phone rang...

Help me with my carpet
the client complained.....

Down in her stomach
she felt a deep pit

Before she could stop it
the dog took a shit

So out to my trucks
I ran with a clatter

fired up the UD........
now whats the matter.....

It rattles and shakes
and you smell the diesel burn

the shit will be dry
before I get to the first turn.........

I get to the house
grab my hose and run in........

I start up the Vortex
that where the trouble begins........

The tanks are all leaking
there is a loud high pitch.........

the neighbors run out
they all start to bitch.....

"Look at this mess"
"Who is this prick?"

That piece of shit
is going to scare saint nick.........

I finish the job
and hop in the truck

still cant figure out
why I did not get a walk up.......

I walk in my door
hand the wife the check

Next year I am asking Santa
for a aero tech

And although gutless and as smooth as a Stage Coach, the UD will out last the Isusu.

probably...they knew how to build that engine..the thing is bullet proff....they just did not know how to put any "go" into it....I drove that thing all the way from Mn..it was just horrible......... guy that bought mine about 8 or 9 years ago lived on the other side of new mexico...he probably still has it on the floor trying to get home...

No all vortexes and Aerotech’s are pieces of shite, YALL should sell then off quick and cheap.

I just do happen to have parking space available so I will take a few of them, cheap being the key word as they are crap and not worth anything.
You need to be saving to buy a trailer mounted desiccant. That was a close call and I could used it and all your equipment. Well, not YOU...Just yor equipment. :winky:

I think you should of tossed the ball to me and I would have hit it out of the park for sure!

I am in FULL HUNTING MODE as the goal as of right now is 2 5000 cfm units and 1 10000 cfm unit all with their own gensets with fuel tanks on individual trailers.

Just haven’t decided if I want fifth wheel or pintle hitch setups.

Going to happen already on 2nd generator talking with another guy about a 150kw that I REALLY WANT!

I’ve got the height and depth in my shop.... if I did the com. volume, I’d buy one.... just not for resi. I’m trying to give my clients the ‘one on one’ experience..... much the same as you do where you are. The real question is, would YOU run one with where you are now? AS A ONE MAN BAND? As a volume truck, sure.... as your everyday go-to? I don’t think so....

my vortex is my go to machine. when I use my other machines they seem underpowered even though they have 5.9 blowers. With the vortex I really don't need to do a dry pass even though I still do.
but thank God for my 360i. when I use my ***** swivel wand it kills my shoulders.
the Vortex has great curb appeal and produces better results in less time.
Its hilarious to see the competitions reaction when they see the size of my machine.
and the customers are happy with the results.

I'm still griped by the giant soup kettle that takes up so much space. Put a recovery tank between the frame rails and the market for these would probably expand.

You mean under the box?
Yeah.

We had a cutaway-box truck in the 80s that had a 250 gallon recovery tank between the frame rails, and there was still room for a slide-out ramp. There was only a small drop tank in the box just big enough for filters. It was a custom build, but I'd bet there would be interest if HydraMaster built them as stock units. We sold it to an O/O who was able to clean out his garage because all of his cleaning tools, and a small workbench, fit in the truck with room to walk around.

There are lots of people that value space efficiency, and if given a choice between a recovery tank in the cargo area or under the truck, they would choose under the truck.

I do t think they are hurting for sales as I called a few months ago and there was a wait list for building a unit due to the current orders they already had.

Jeremy is doing a great job with sales and customer service and that is showing.

Also keep in mind that Aerotech is an OE distributor and seller of Isuzu trucks and as such there are things they can and can’t do, due to that status and agreement tied to this .
