Doesn't that saw dust or corn cob stuff have solvents in it? While it does work I really really doubt you can vacuum up all that gritty solvent type residue.

Yes, I suspect that’s the downside.
And possibly residual resoiling

Get off using that over used marketing term "Encap"

All it does in scampoos is leave a dry residue. Look beyond the hype.
A gallon of scampoo probably only contains about a teaspoon of polymer. And that is supposed to "encapsulate" all the soil load in the 100-200 feet of carpet? GIVE ME A BREAK! Unless it's a old school FILM FORMER then all it does is stick to the fiber.

And I don't for a minute believe that solvent in a cornhole dry compound VAPES out!

STUPIT MOFOS!

Its works real well. The stuff i use such as harvard encap and Awesome seems to have quite bit of polymer. 2 oz of awesome per gallon is potent enough. Vacuums up will good too.

I tested that harvard's stuff. Worst scampoo I ever tried. I think marty said the same thing about it.

Seems like vlm, encaps, compound is becoming more popular these days. After all the arguments with u a holes (Jimmy) for 4 years on here that it is the future of cleaning. Just as effective in most cases. All I can see on the FB group pages is low moisture cleaning popping up everywhere.
