Just a little pic of what the 360 I is capable of. Loving my 360, anxiously awaiting the xl. Hopefully should be here this week.

I just hit the half century mark on the 15th. I am less enthused than I used to be about lifting that extra 20lbs or whatever the XL is compare to the I
The I is great on residential carpet but I find it jumps around a little on cgd. The xl is a little heavier, a little larger motor and when I tried it out it seemed a lot smoother on cgd. The I is light weight and easy to carry into a house or condo. It's on my truck all the time now. I don't use it on every job but when I get those nasty ones, it just rips right through them.

There’s no reason for you not having a TM

Just clean a few more ovens every week
Heck, I offered him a free one last year.... all he had to do was pay shipping from my igloo, to his house... he declined. I understood why, as he needs to be able to transport his mother in law..... I respect that..... now I’m throwing it in another van this summer.

Do you guys use the brush head on carpet? Cut pile? I have a 360i but we haven't started cleaning carpet yet. Tried the brush head on my carpet and it just dug in.
Will it work on cut pile?

You have to break it in first
Then it works great
Take the vacuum shoes off
Them spray some prespray on a section of concrete
Then run the brush on it for a few minutes
It’s “broke in” when the bristles aren’t straight up anymore

Yeah, mine has the teflon shoes too. Guess I just spooked to easily when it started to dig in. I immediately switched heads.
Thanks for the info, Marty and Ron.
