So our new Butler System came with a 1.5 HydraHoe style single jetter... and I actually like it. I’m sorry for laughing at the idea of a 1.5 inch wand being sToOpId. I hope I didn’t over wet the carpet

I've been slinging that wand for 14 years. Put a Greenglide on it and it's a great wand. The funnel shape design gives great airflow, no need to worry about dry times.

I got that wand with my butler too. Did an apartment with it Friday. Until the heat got there I wasn't liking it but towards the end I was happy with the results and how much easier it was to use than my other wands. Also liked the way it doesn't leave cornrows.
It does make me slow down to get the locked on feeling though.

You would think that Butler would spring for the 6 jet version. It's only a $700 wand. It's the least they could do when you are paying as much for the setup as a nice doublewide.

Makes sense. My TCS came with a 12" 2 jet Westpak. It cleans way better than the Hoe. The jets are closer to the carpet which allows me to use lower pressure.
