How much does it cost to rent a retail space in Santa Cruz for 60 months?
I lived in Victoria for almost 2 decades. I knew a girl who ran a small, no, peanut sized, funky, women’s clothing shop. It was in the heart of the high end shopping area. The store, I shit you not, was 81 sqft. SHE WAS PAYING 2000 bucks a month for the space....

My 2016 NV3500 V8 was 32k.
Have you had to have rear brakes on the Transit replaced at 30k miles? That's a complaint that i've heard. they have to pull the axles or something ridiculous.
I priced one dealer for a LWB turbo transit at 49k. That wasn't even dual rear wheels. I would have bought one, but there wasn't a ford dealer in 200 miles with a high top with no rear glass in stock.
The only dealer who would even get back with me on a price told me it would be 120 days before he could get it. FTS.

Coming next year is a diesel transit to the us. Well over 30mpg projected. I'd wait for that. After I switched to diesel, I'll never go back. Except for bikes and toys...

Brakes and tires both. 35k-40k miles max. Other than that they’re great. We do our break jobs in house. I’ve done 2 sets is the past 6 months. If you are replacing the rotors on the rear, yes, you have to pull the axle. Actually was much easier than I expected. I just wish they wouldn’t have to be done so frequently.

Im not sure. I've only rented hightop Transits for trips. The NV3500 hauls ass. 11.87 mpg currently. The cab doors will close on you when reaching into the cab for stuff. There's no master switch for the rear lights and the dash lights are always reflecting in the driver window at night. Some sliding doors have glitches where they won't open and have to be taken in to the dealer. The rear bumper is covered in plastic and is slick when wet.
This van has a worse turning radius than a long wheelbase chevy pickup. My Isuzu NPR turns circles around it. My old E350 long van was also easier to do a U turn.
