if you dont have a highspeed and it doesn't buff out with a slow speed
I'd mix a light mix of the stripper you used and apply ONLY to the tiles that look different.
Not much dwell time, rinse it off your not trying to truly strip just make it look more even then buff up. The individual tiles can sometimes hide that some don't quite match the rest and they even out in time

looks like there is possibly a topical on that tile?
Yes those tiles are very shiny in the light. The bulb was burnt out above.
It will mostly buff out with a high speed buffer, 1000 rpm +, spritz with water in a spray bottle, 3M 3300 natural grey pad.
That's good to hear! I bought an electric UHS to burnish this floor. I just need to get the pads.

If it was only water that went under the plastic, the finish will reharden and you can buff it out. If it was stripper that went under the plastic it will still reharden but will turn brown. If they are wanting a shine on that tile they should have it honed. Especially if it is in a kitchen, the cleaners they use on the floors in a kitchen will kill any shine from a finish. Nice job on the VCT.

Thanks brotha.
This area is right outside the kitchen and an entry as well. It was stripper that went under the plastic. In your opinion is it worth it to try and burnish? If not I found a couple guys that can hone it.

No. You will end up dusting the kitchen and everything in the room. The edges of the tile will catch the pad loosen any dust in it and the adhesion the finish is already comprised. To hone it, the finish will need to removed first.

And keep on believing that cupcake - I made $690 yesterday buffing for 4 hours, and another $625 for 3 hours buffing tomorrow. A job I do every summer is $3600 for 2 eight hour days.
