Guess this is the time of year for the strange requests. I had someone phone my office, and asked if we can do a 36’ boat.... not only was it on the water, it was 7 slips out... and wanted it done ‘for under 200$’... yeah, I’ll get right on that....

Most boats, we charge $2 per sqft. This float home had easy access for a portable, $175 for 1- room and 8 stairs. Done in less than an hour and she made coffee.

Not a public dock. Privately held company who leases from Ports Vancouver.

I've had 400 ft hose runs, but last few years arranged to have boat closer.

At some marinas we have regular annual customers. Price isn't an issue.
