Mike, I love the line that says “square footage of all flooring will be adjusted upon arrival”. I’m going to start using that.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve given an estimate where people were very clear what exactly they wanted cleaned, then return a week later and all the furniture was moved out of the room or pulled away from the wall, increasing the work load.

Fridays invoice for 6 hours and my job for next Wednesday that I just looked at. That may be a two day job by myself.

i mentioned protector for carpet for another $150 and a bunch of concrete at a later date.
