Invoice Software

I am not looking for anything overly fancy,
I am looking for software that I can send invoices to some of my janitorial customers who pay by check.

I do use Square when accepting credit cards when doing carpets, Which I am happy with.

Square does offer an invoicing software, but can I send them the invoice and recieve there check without paying square?

IF you want to look at a crazy expensive CRM system, check out softserve. It's what Howard Partridge uses and sells at his seminars. I almost signed up for it but regained my senses quickly. It was like $2700 or something nutty like that. It's an open ended system and goes way beyond anything I would ever need.

You should probably go with SM so you can call Mikey and ask him all the learning curve questions.

For me TCF is a ton of value for a very good price. I manage over 800 customers with no problems. But get whatever works best for you and your tolerance level. There are many good ones out there.

Zoho Invoice is about as simple as it gets.

If you accept credit cards you use their portal and the commission rates are very competitive - better than Paypal.This is how they make their money.

They also have an app for receipts that takes photos.
