Just wondering if anyone has come across this machine?

It is used in timber floor work.

looks like a karcher br400 or similar?

I used one on commercial tile & grout for awhile, scrubbed well, pickup was ok didn't try it on wood

Agree, looks like Karcher B40/10. It is also sold by Windsor and a few other brands in different colors. The Karcher is yellow.
