Eventually i would like to get someone trained and stick them in the other van doing just Property management work once they figure out the process.

I can’t stress once you pull the trigger and start the process you’ll be happy!

I probably could look for another lead tech right now but I’m comfortable!

I love going out and cleaning everyday!
Do I have a job or a business!

That’s a mute point when you love what you do!

Lastly I expect them to do what I do!

Pre vacuum!

Setup wall guards and protect any wood flooring with tarps! Pre spray!

Use a crb and scrub,

Rinse with a Truckmount, and drop fans!

And leave the customer with shoe covers!

The system of what we do is there!

Wash rinse repeat!

I have to run solo again on my truck when I get back from Vegas....

Honestly....I will be slower completing jobs.

2 sets of hands and feet just make it easier going back and forth to the van...

Even a helper helping with prevac and tabbing is huge.

My wife just took a job order again last night and double booked us for Tuesday when I get back....I looked at her and said...you know that size job is not going to go fast....did you forget I am on the van alone again? Oops....

My knees are going to be screaming too....I might have to go check out the VFW for someone retired

Spend some money....get some help!

I am heading off to Vegas Monday....and I won't be worrying one bit about the business...it will be making money while I am gone....(and so will I)
