It can definitely be done but why has nobody ever tried? power cords can be a pain in the ass when trying to get through a busy day.

anyone ever add wires and "power" their vac line from the truck? just trying to think of options

Great thought. I think that technology isn't quite up to the power needed to turn a rotary for an extended. But an interesting thought.

no batteries with enough juice and Ah's to make it practical due to size battery pack would have to be

think auto scrubber deep cycle battery size
thats what would be needed

if three hours is a realistic battery life
(and not marketing hype like "clean 7000sf an hour" CRB nonsense ad that poops up here)
it would be practical to some

Right now I can lift my sprayborg in and out of my truck. If that battery is not easily detachable, I would need a ramp. It would also make it harder to go up and down stairs. I can't think of a job where I don't have adequate power available. Yes it nice not to have a power cord but honestly that's not hard to work around.

you dont think a battery the size of what is running 750w Ebikes is big enough? should be plenty and 360 is pretty low amps

You could just have 2-3 batteries in the truck, if it can power a 180lb person 40+ miles on a bike it should be able to power a RV for 2hrs

no clue
but nt sure it's worth the cost and wt for one cord given that the RE will always be tethered by hose and sol line to deal with too

I just bagged another quarterly Asian Food restaurant. I would love to try a battery operated OP on this place.

I am making a giant robot like they have in the movie "Pacific Rim"
Hopefully I can get a used battery out of a wrecked toyota preus or what the fook they call them.

And I will let you know how it works out.

And it doesn't help with portable work which is everything to some and an inevitable occurrence for others.
