seems unlikely but maybe a bearing seal failure could cause moisture to enter AND overpressure the case

Edit: If it wasn't coming out I would think maybe just condensation...happens on my bike

Vac was really weak is why I check oil. Once filled vac was good again but now it’s doing that. So maybe a bad seal.

I filled to top screw on back of blower

it can be done. Not sure what blower that is but there are rebuild kits for most.

searching the part number would lead you to the individual part but probably better to have the whole kit

and there is a vid or two on youtube about rebuilding one


may want to consider a pro doing it if you lack a good tool set

This is a project I wouldn't recommend attempting unless you have experience with blowers. That is the gear side. Those gears are timed and if the timing of the gears is off, then it could cause the lobes to collide.

I pulled that screw out once it started to dribble out I stopped filling and put screw back in.

There are only two plugs on the back the other one is at the bottom.
