Only the ultra pac extreme part. We commercial floors boys think in terms of stripper, neutral cleaner, different color pads. Or even acids. We don’t always think in terms of what cleans carpet will clean hard floor.

the only problem I can see someone having if its an older plank flooring that isnt waterproof and then they cause themselves a big problem
