Some fidiot hid unknown damage on this porcelain floor with a latex grout product and left the shit all over..

same idiot used unsanded grout in this shower and did a great job of matching the grout color for a repair that the new home owner hasn't a clue about.

Why do home inspectors completely ignor floor conditions?

Here you go Donna

I stopped by Nova Tile and Stone to get a grout sample kit. Their selection has three shades that may work with your project so I'll suggest that we wait and see how the stained areas dry up and make a selection based on the final color after cleaning.

The epoxy product I mentioned for repairing the crack in the floor can also be used to "skim coat" the guest shower so I'd suggest we cover up the darker shade so that we don't have to mess with the floor. The cracks along the wall joints can be repaired at the same time.

I put a range of $500 to $1500 to repair the unforeseen damage hiding underneath the caulking. I wish I could be more specific but I think you understand the mystery involved here..

If you would like to proceed with this project I'll need to take a $500 deposit asap as I'd like to order some supplies so they get here in time.

I highly recommend going to Nova and checking out both their granite and "Quartz" countertop selection, it's amazing...

Thanks and happy new year!~

Good work.

Fair price for a solution to the issue.
