Is it time for someone to retire?
You do know makers of chems can put what ever dilution ratio they want on a jug. Nothing but a general guideline ............some do it for "marketing" purposes to sell more product. I use half of what anybody recommends . 4 oz a gallon works for me.
But do you make your own products or just slap your name on the jug?
Private labeled like everyone else.
Go ahead and compare Releasit products to other encap products head to head on the carpet...
Dilution rates. Cleaning performance. Soil resistance. End use cost.
There's a reason why they're so popular. :-)

Scott's has it
Don't know where they are. I get it at my Interlink here in town.Scot Labs in Chagrin Falls?
they make and bottle a bunch of juices for lots of different companies .
From deck washes to com and household cleaners to Kerby carpet scampoo to encrap
very nice facility when I was there 15-18(?) years ago

I’d love to see you guys come out with an acid side encapsulating rinse for hwe.
You do not want to use hydrogen peroxide as a rinse.Encap-HydrOx is what you're looking for. The pH is 3.5 in concentrate. It can be used in an HWE application. Plus it contains hydrogen peroxide. And it has a hydrogen peroxide stable encap polymer, so it encapsulates beautifully. If you'd like to try a sample of HydrOx, or our other items give us a call 727-821-2020, or click here www.TryReleasit.com.
I use thise chems. They are made by Kirby.Scott's has it.
I get their encaping cleaner/rinse from my Interlink. I like a higher ph rinse. Scott's Prime Time is 8-9 RTU. , but they quit stocking it.
.
Began to stock Ultimax Plus ph 4-4.5 rtu.
I had to have them get Prime time in for me.

It's corrosive to metals and pump seals. Great as a prespray, not so good as a rinse.Wondering why? We have folks using it - and liking it. What have you observed?
What affect will those crystals have on peoples lungs when they get airborne? People vacuum with garbage vacuums that blow dust into the air, so the crystals will get airborne. Or is it all just about the money now, worry about health later.Applying a good crystallizing encap product (like Releasit) as a final step will definitely help the carpet to stay clean longer.

I know of one company that made an encapsulation product and then quit because the chemicals needed to make it were not healthy.
Hey, I like slop and gobble. You’ll get over it
Like the vortex
And the titanium wand
And the 360i
And the Cobbs sealer
And Slop and Gobble
And ...
You have a Bonzer tooHey, I like slop and gobble.
Over my deadYou have a Bonzer too
So ...
Except encapsulation is not dust it is a chemical. I believe you have stated in another thread that you can reactivate it by applying water to the carpet. So when it enters your lungs it no longer a dust particulate but a chemical. What they're being exposed to is on par with the dust they'd normally experience vacuuming their carpet.
There's so many more worse pollutants in these idiots' homes we clean. Start with the stupid plug in air fresheners burning pollutants with a hint of burned wet flowers smell that have an abundance of petroleum based chemicals that they're making their newborn babies breathe. Then there's the abundance of animal urine from wall to wall. And on the allergy side...just look at the neglected air filters suffocating the air conditioner.Except encapsulation is not dust it is a chemical. I highly doubt a little encapsulating crystallizing effect will get in the homeowner's lungs. That reasoning alone has made our chemical suppliers dilute our products more with products that are weak. All the customer has to do is just get out of the area we are cleaning, to let any airborne mists settle and it'll be gone by the time we're done cleaning. The same goes for our products that NEED butyls, and more dilimonene additives.
It's freaking cleaning! Just look at what's under their sink. Do you think that they stick their head in the toilet bowl right after they scrub that blue juice all around it to get high? Hell no. They get the heck out of their so they don't have to breath those chemicals. That's what they should do when we clean their carpet. Get out!
