In Finland it is a tradition to wash their rugs each spring in the lake. My friends in Finland take their rugs from home out to their cottage by the lake and hand wash and rinse them there.

I know this picture will inspire the same gentlemanly interest that Damon's employee's pic did

Scrub and scrape, scrub and scrape... (That ain't no squeegee)

Of flush, rinse, flush, rinse, flush rinse...

I’m still trying to figure out why that guy didn’t clean that red rug upside down when he’s extracting the water from underneath. I think it’d clean in half the time and water. Moron.

She ain’t interested in sweat smelling beer gut carpet cleaners that wear dirty sneakers and shirt tail hanging all over the place...trust me on that one.

Ok. I was able to watch it. I would think servepro would be better prepared for a job like that. Looked like total hacks.

On the badly saturated urine rugs, I use the thunder method.

Place rug on concrete outside and wait for a good thunderstorm. There's something about the storm water that excites the urine so it is easy to remove.

Then extract/flood (both sides), extract/flood/extract (both sides), until the water leaving the rug is no longer any shade of yellow. Place air movers but do not let dry in the sun.

Mike, you forgot to include the bathtub method. That one is very tough to explain to a customer. All they think is don't let my rug be the last one in...
