Great price at cleanfreak.com if you are in the market for a new cimex. Best price I have seen in a long time.

hey Rick I got a question, being the extremists that I tend to be I've always used the more aggressive pad choices for the Cimex, in all your videos you're always pushing the beige pads, is that what most people use, yourself included on light to moderate soiling?

500-700 sq ft is NOT normal at all for the gray pads. Something's wrong with that picture. The gray pads normally wear about 20% faster than the beige pads. The beige pads typically will last about 7K-10K sq ft, depending on carpet construction, speed of cleaning, etc. The reason the beige pads last longer is because of the elastomeric binder material in their formula. The gray pads don't contain the binder material so they don't last as long. But it kind of balances out - they wear about 20% faster, but they also scrub about 20% faster.

I guess all my cgd is different than everyone
else’s. All mine is gray dirty. I never see anything that’s beige dirty.

We maintain a lot of carpet in three schools and 4 churches during the school year with encap. There’s usually no time to bring in the truck mounts
during school year. No fuss no muss, no asking where does the dirt go, just make it look clean🤷🏻‍♂️ Same with all the upholstery and rugs, we maintain with encap., scam or not.

We used a porty in the schools I worked at. My boss scoffed at the idea of buffing carpet.

10-4. Wedding or some other event tonight and the formal rooms need cleaning, you don’t drag out the TM. But, school’s out and all the carpet needs it, bring on the tms.
