Side mount but want to have a rear hookup option?

Here is an idea from BJ at Prochem. He had clients that wanted to have the rear hookup option.
He also did a nice job with the L brackets for his hangers.

Side mounted unit.

It's not bad. A tall boy, you could add more storage if you wanted plus it had the submount water tank. A real benefit if freezing winter weather states.

I'd insulate the walls and ceiling. Plywood to protect the side skin and luan board for the ceiling. Paint the ceiling and carpet the plywood. It could be a pretty nice rig.

It's really thin and flexible. It's easier to work with overhead and no need for the thicker plywood in that spot.

We made templates on the first Transit to save time as we put the others together. With all the strange bump outs and curves it was worth doing.

I have a side and rear hookup with my slide-in, but it is for dual wands. Is that PVC 2" or 2.5"?

I don't see any advantage to have the rear hookup in a single wand situation.

Is that a dual wand setup because I know that machine is definitely capable of dual wands.
