Is there a market to use this system? Some sort of add on service?

Any other options besides the expensive clorox360?

Yes it's used in a lot of schools and hospitals. Unfortunately it's carelessly being applied by janitorial staff in most facilities. I know of one of the school districts that was using it while the space was occupied. Trying stomp out the flu while choking the staff.

The cart can also be rented for those not willing to make a full commitment.

Product wise it appears no better than any other antimicrobial, just using the Clorox name .

Omg, it’s my best add on, but we use Victory Innovations. I paid $1,500. last year for it and made my money back in one event. We also use two electric foggers. The last 16 days of school, we sprayed a hall of classrooms every night, over fifth disease😳

It’s the best and easiest add on since $2 per ft. tile and grout cleaning🤷🏻‍♂️

So is the electrostatic just BS or is there something special to it?
I have a cold fogger I could use.

But what product and at what dilution?

How do you price for an application?

How do you market it?

Someone would get the sniffles in our private schools, and here they’d go.
Deep clean, deep clean. I’m like no, we’ll spray. With electrostatic you can spray everything, papers and all. During spring break, we sprayed nearly every inch of all three schools. Gyms, bleachers. It was quite the windfall.

Yes electrostatic has some unique properties, it can in theory wrap around and under objects. I don't believe I'm totally sold on it but it does do better than if you are just shooting straight at the object. If you don't have one, move to evenly spray your target. Microban QGC would work well. Dilute per instructions, use a respirator, any product will choke you.

Make sure to air out the space before its occupied.

Price? Depends how badly you want to go to Hell. You can do cubic foot 1/2 cent to as much as 3 cents in small spaces. Make sure it is worth your while.

I don’t really believe it 100% either. But it don’t matter. It’s all about psychology. As long as the schools can tell their parents they’re being pro active, that’s all that matters. The Aseptic is made for this application and not as toxic as Microban. We close off all areas that we do, and do at night.

In some markets a moist towelette or pump sanitizer will do.
Then again, convince the right people, and the possibility is endless.
My Jan-SAN supplier is trying to get me to purchase one. I’ve got a few commercial accounts that would probably bite.
It’s a lot of money though.

Last year, one of my daughters picked me up
at the airport in Feb. She announced all 3 of our schools were in a Twitter over the flu and we needed a Clorox 360😳 What the #hell is that? I went to town researching. All of a sudden, I was in a Twitter!! I wound up buying the Victory and 2 corded foggers for $200. Ea. Now, I’m the #catsass😀 and it became a blessing 😀

Any restrictions to apply?
How about any liabilities or insurance required?

Disclaimers etc.

What exactly does a atp meter do? Show client the germs on surfaces?
Hospitals, nursing homes use them to prove efficacy. They swab a surface, take down the reading and then swab again after cleaning.

It validates you did what you were hired to do. There are other methods but ATP testing is fast and easy. Biological strips are much more accurate but they must be sent to a lab, which takes several days to culture and analyze.

Get an atp meter and Sporicidin wipes and you can show an actual reduction in viable organic material.
I looked at those once. The cheapest I fount was around $1500.00. Quite a lot for show and tell.
I know they are mentioned a lot.
Are reliable ones available cheaper. ?
