I believe you are over thinking it or just lack the experience. I grew up as a kid running a 175 scrubber, so control is second nature to me.

However it's no big issue with a Cimex, especially if you flush the carpet free with a Zipper. 😎

Call me Mr Certainty and Safety here but I don't feel as if I have enough control of the precise amount of prespray needed for each section of the carpet.

When doing vim with an orbit, I presprayed first.

My plastic swivel on my multisprayer broke now I’m using a blister sprayer.

What I’ve noticed is most sprayer need a little polish to be good and last.

Tighten fittings replace draw
Hose ect ect.

By the way....

Can anyone help me buy a Devastator wand? I can’t get anyone to call me back. I’ve tried for a few days. I got a text back asking if I was still awake, to which I responded “I sure am”, but haven’t heard back.

I started trying to buy one almost three days ago.

It’s extremely frustrating.

Carry on....

Have you been honing your craft with that pos Dirt Dragon?
I've already cleaned 5 areas with it in only 45min. Sent my customer a video of the process and she was amazed that I did more than just a mop. That was my first job, so I think it was a little slow. My goal on 5 areas will be 20-30min, which will range my numbers close to $200/hr

My big hardwood job that I bought this machine for is tomorrow. You'll know whether I'm right or wrong, and I'm really gonna have fun thumping your head with your comments if you're wrong

Refresh my memory about the footage of your #bigjob.
Well, it's big for me. Probably very small from your point of view.

It's a 35X75 hardwood floor in a restaurant dining room floor. about 2/3 of the floor is very old and has several areas that look terrible from golfers walking on it in their golf cleats back in the mid 1950's. The other 1/3 of it is a newer pine hardwood that shouldn't give me any problems. I plan on cleaning or removing any acrylic finish on it before I use Basic's liquid bonding Tykote and 2 coats of Streetshoe Gloss on it.
