It’s been about a week since I’ve had any urine work. Macy is really getting to know the Aqua Helix.

I actually think I've chipped one exactly the same

damaged 3 things I know of, the worst was a vase I thought was in an alcove that I bumped only to see it disappear through what was the cutout in the wall and smash on tiles on other side :icon_redface:

the homeowner was nice about it and said guess its time for a change of decor

I did exactly the same thing. I was grooming the carpet and the rake slipped and hit the wall. It was a cut out just like that and the vase toppled over on the tiles. The customer says it was a $400 vase. I replied that she should have moved it then if it was so expensive. Ended up, I gave her a $40 discount and she was happy. Still my customer today.

Ive broken (shattered) an 3000$ eagle sculpture perch on a priceless crystal mineral that probably weighed 120 lbs.. he was so relieved that the rock wasn't broken and told me not worry about it. He replaced the eagle with bronze eagle and put the whole the on pedestal and in corner barricaded. Told me not to worry about cleaning that area. I was 14 years old at the time..
