I only know Michael hates both.

Isn’t kerosene hotter but smellier?

They both destroy heat exchangers.

Michael hates them but he also likes the 10” CRB.

What’s the pros and cons of kerosene vs propane?
Most guys will use diesel because it's readily available. The potential for smoke and odor is greater with diesel/Kero units, especially as they get older or need maintenance. Propane burns cleaner with no odor or visible smoke. Will still soot up your vehicle a little. Propane needs less maintenance but you need how to do leak checks. A propane system needs to operate with doors open to avoid the potential for explosion. I've used propa e for over 30 years with no issues. Bob savage has a propane heater that is a hot as a Kero system. LG has a 180,000 btu heater (4ht).

I use propane with my Bane which is not much. Heat was never an issue. Since I use propane buffers, I’m always getting propane.
Kerosene is not seen as much here.

Seems like a powerful dude, but I hate when companies don't put prices on their websites....

Sort of reminds me of an El Diablo.

Cleaning performance of the Legacy 2200 Powermatic would be similar to the El Diablo. But the Powermatic has many features not found with the Masterblend unit.

Kerosene can be flow fired and usually can maintain higher temperatures at high flow rates, easy to fill fuel tank, not explosive like propane, may not be quite as clean burning as propane but no worse than your gasoline engine exhaust. Burners can usually burn diesel in a pinch.

kero is combustible as a liquid and has an odor.. but burns hotter I believe... problem is that its a pain to have to fill up on.

propane is available pretty much everywhere, really low emissions and only combustible as a vapor... cheap also $2.19/gallon for us.
kero your going to have to pour it into a tank that is probably inside the truck, propane you can run a DOT belly tank.. we have a 40gal on one truck and a 25 gal on another

either are not good options for techs, tech needs turn key and go. Im lucky to have guys that have used this type of equipment a lot and know how to work on it etc so I trust them to use it.

The way I fill up my 25 gallon kerosene tank is with a gas station pump. Same as filling my truck gas tank.

kero is specialty fuel for us so hard to get, propane (lpg) is readily available. Had no experience with diesel burners.

The consistent heat of burners puts small TMs into big TM territory imo
