I just got back into the business and found a prochem 405 with 6k hours that has been somewhat gone through according to the previous owner. I'm curious where you find the cheapest Parts for the Nissan engine as I do all my own maintenance. I want to be ready when something goes... There are some sites that have them but I'd like to know where to find them at the best price.

Nissan a15 engines are pretty common.
Amazon or such for much of it. Forklift and industrial engine places also have parts.
The problem will be a few unique things like governors, heat exchangers and plumbing.

Any I've needed come off a donor 405. They often get neglected by lack of the tiny amount lubricant they need.
I use a ear suction bulb to remove old oil and refill.
