I’am in California wondering if anybody else is off this November.

wondering If the impeachment hearing got people distracted?

or are you kicking ass and taking names.

I think there’s a lot of people leaving California and relocating, But I haven’t had a lot of move outs.

Fortunately, I haven’t noticed any drop off, as for three weeks my skin has been ablaze with Shingles, fever, chronic weakness and pain, yay!
Oddly, my right nipple has been erect for seven straight days. Pictures by appointment only, please.

If you are in a slump, go buy yourself a Shingrex vaccination. Don’t be a cheap old bastard, it is not worth it.

we are very busy....our holiday season is right on track....
snow birds are here and they are all a year older and our streets are a nightmare....
our real-estate supply is at a all time low...it is a sellers market and they cant build the new ones fast enough...
I have always targeted the retirement market...and when you go to there homes...you always have on fox news...CNN..or The View and they are glued to there TV's while you are there......in the past few weeks I can only remember one person even having the impeachment going and it was on a radio....TV's have been off....

November should be a record month for us but the year as a whole has been a little off residentially. We'll probably finish up 5% or so residentially

I'll answer this from a different prospective; If Nov. has been a little slow for some of you, the good thing is that we , at this end, have had an very good month thus far. Pretty busy. What this normally indicates is that it will filter down to the service industry because why would operators order new equipment if they weren't busy? That's a good thing for your industry.
Thus, bear with the little down turn you are experiencing because it should very likely pick up. However, at the same time, take advantage of these times because perhaps it would be a great opportunity to knock on a few doors and shake a few hands.

We started the month off slow because this November thanksgiving was a week later than last year. I was worried the first week or so of the month but we started picking up and we are in the full swing of things it just came a week later than it did last year. Yesterday we ran 201 jobs and monday we have 167 so far and we are still booking. I am sure the market in California is a much tougher but we have not really seen business have drastic ups and downs because of politics but i am sure that may be different in California. Do you know why everyone is moving out of California? jobs or home market?

How many trucks? How many jobs a day?
Just an O/O so 2-4 jobs a day depending on the size. High end residential, no ads, just started a website about a month ago. Have an answering machine take calls, no reminder cards.

Just for giggles I check other cleaners websites and can see their schedules (online booking) and they are only booked out two or three days.
