Seat options for these box trucks?

Are there any upgrades to make the ride more enjoyable? There's been a few times the road has caused the truck to lift me out of the seat. And big bumps and railroad tracks are very annoying. Any ideas or suggestions?

We had our UD reupholstered with a memory foam, which was a nice but not dramatic upgrade.

There is no way to fix the fact that your sitting on top of the wheels.

Before investing in a seat with air suspension, try slowing down. Speed bump is a misnomer.

I clean for several trucking companies. Their semi seats would do the job, shock absorbers plus more vertical travel.

My average speed is 45-50. There's a bridge that I normally drove 55 over that I have to slow down to 15. It's really annoying
