Bubble in rubber floor

Contact cement through a syringe?

Anyone know a good proven fix?

Did the high heat from the 650 cause that rubber to bubble up?

Unless that is some really thin flooring those small bubbles wouldn't be from an adhesion issue. They look more like blisters caused by some cleaner that had been used on it. If it is a laminated type flooring, the top layer is starting to come loose from the bottom.

That's possible, 99% of the bubbles are in one area
