I haven't fallen down one but I slipped at the top of a wet staircase almost exactly like that and let a drieaz 2400 go through the wall at the bottom

I have. People like to paint their staircases in the Savannah Hysterical district. I mean historical. Prespray and painted steps. Slicker than owl ___.

I am such a klutz when going up and down stairs I have to make sure I hang onto the railing at ALL times. I fall going down as well as when running up. Hanging onto the railing has saved me many times!! My earliest recollection of falling down the stairs was in 3rd grade (grade 3 for you fellow Canadians). I fell down the stairs and broke my arm.
Also I have recently learned not to walk down unfamiliar stairs wearing reading glasses... No broken bones, but I did get a pretty nice bruise.

Had been entering and exiting through the garage. Well for some reason she walked us back in through the front door. Massive lake house but the front porch was dinky and stained same as the driveway.
When I walked out didn’t recall the step and my heel caught as I came down and this fat boy pitched forward right on my left knee and caught my weight with my hands.
Now that concrete hurt!

I've never fallen down the stairs, (yet) but wiped out on a tile floor a couple of years ago. Just lay there for a couple of minutes, thinking, did I break something? Just a couple of bruises but shook me up.

I haven't but I did drop my RX-20 down a set of stairs. Also had my CRB launch itself down the stairs when I plugged it in.

Had the switch stick on a buffer and it almost three me out the 5th floor window. Had to plant my feet and fight back. Broke the drive plate.
I don't want to derail your most interesting thread Matt, but i'm too lazy to start a new one so let me share what just happened to me here.
I was putting in new UV bulbs in my bug zapper today. I plugged it in to see if it was working and accidentally grabbed the metal screen. Let me tell you, I got the shit shocked out of me. Man, I would hate to be a bug. My neighbors heard me yelling obscenities in my garage.
