Otherwise known as homemade "Slime"..

Hi alkaline pre-spray and a CRB doesn't touch it

Gum Out products don't touch it

But rubbing alcohol in a hand towel takes it right out...

This was really good and practical advice Mike; but I admit that I thought it was some crazy food recipe that you came up with....

RVJR to the rescue! I've had several nasty slime jobs, and no need for any spot cleaners, just hit the areas with JR and presto abracadabra it's eliminated!
JR has that wow factor. The ability to 'hover' over at 190 and rinse continuously for minutes at a time sets the standard for spot removal of most substances.

I like to huff the bottle.
I’ve got a 5 gallon jug of 59% ammonia at my shop.....
The first time I opened it, I REALY didn’t think....
The fumes were so strong, it literally took my breath away, and I fell to my knees....
I crawled away from the jug, and flopped out the front door of my shop....
I had the worst headache of my life not long after....
I locked the shop door, went to a safety supply store, and bought a full face vapour mask....
Went back to the shop, geared up before even unlocking the door, went in, recapped the 5 gallon pail, and vented my shop for 15 minutes before taking the mask off....
STRONG stuff....

Why do you need 59% ammonia?

I had a similar experience with a 55 gallon drum of it that had been behind our main building. It was unmarked and you could tell it was old and had been there a long time. I opened it up to see what was in it and the odor knocked me to my knees. I had to approach it from upwind to get the cap back on it.

The founder of our company was a self taught chemist and 2 of his sons were chemistry majors in college. We assume that there was a reason that we had that large of a quantity of ammonia, but no one knew what that reason was.

We did eventually find someone who could actually use it and gave it away.
