Here is a photo of a carpet sample that I stained today with tumeric and water. Will be practicing my stain removal techniques in preparation for the real thing next week. After rinsing, I will be using a peroxide/ammonia solution (vanish) along with a steamer. Any other suggestions that have achieved good results for you?

Bridge point has a curry/tumeric stain removal guide. I followed it to a T, and was successful....
Yes, there are multiple steps, yes, UV light was involved....
Good luck Ron, let us know how it turns out...

Yes, yes, but, what does the client prefer????
Customer prefers not to cut and repair. I have had success in the past but all depends on the product spilled and cleaning attempts. I don't have a UV light so I will use heat instead. I have already told the customer it's about a 50/50 chance of complete removal and they have to pay me regardless.

Use your prespray and wash and rinse many times, when there is no longer any improvement--

Now--'Use pro's choice Stain 1, dwell as long a possible. Rinse, repeat several time. Spray again with Stain 1 and leave it. I should disappear in a week or 2.

The 2 part stain magic works better. Still need heat or UV light.

I agree sorta-- heat can set the stain.
I forgot that I also used the UV light. Its been a very long time since I've had to deal with that type of stain. Very rewarding when successful.
