Is what a 5%r Owner Operator's job average should be.

Especially after five or so years in the trade.

If you're a member here, you're at least a 5%r

If you're there, you get it, if not one or more elements is missing

so, whats your job average and what's your excuse?

$430 average last month.
The rooms are tiny in most SF homes, so reaching that average is a challenge.
People do seem to be spending more now.

385 last year. Well be a bit higher this year but no real excuse we should be higher in our market for sure.

Our avg doesn’t relate since carpets are so minimal and has pretty much been shutdown since March. Our other averages are retarded since we got a massive 15k sq ft loss plus sold flooring upgrades.

Plus pretty much every job we upsell flooring or other items.

Most goobers would walk on a job like this.

I was able to get her to have me "just" mop down a weak solution of Tsunami , brush the edges and a cool 500 psi rinse, not disrupting the MnG.

the rest of the house more un-coated tile and carpet for $300 so not being a puss, I raised my job average to $450 for today

( look at the MDF Marty)

It's hard to figure my average. My commercial customers are invoiced separately from my residential customers. My rugs are invoiced with residential which will pull the average down. Just guessing, I would say my average residential job is around $350. Most of my commercial jobs start at $650 and go up from there.

Stay safe.

I’m sick now at home. Need to do the drive through testing. My estimator is meeting with all the clients, my field supervisor is wrapping up projects with clients and collecting and making payments online.

Will probably spend next to weeks at my property catching up on our remodel. Just got permits, so the work was done but they added some corrections for smoke detectors. Once my wireless detectors come I can get inspection done an finish drywall.

Last inspections on a commercial job were all done via FaceTime or video. Was friggin nice that way no waiting around!
