What failed?

The crimps. Hose started separating and the brass actually started to deteriorate. It was really strange.

Nothing burst, but started leaking bad. Got through the last job of the day but my shorts were soaked.

I make it a habit to carry a spare hose like that it also works on the internal upholstery tools

Have you been using any of Cobb's acid rinse? That stuff ate through a few of my brass connectors

No, Saiger's rinse only.

I really don't think it's a chemical or quality issue, just heat, pressure, and time.

A lot more enjoyable in residential today. Flat glide much more forgiving on cut pile. Still not a fantastic wand, but it's getting the job done.
