Did it freeze? I'd pressure test it. Just run a line from a working machine to the front qc and see where the water goes.

Adding a propane heater is simple but then you have dual fuels to worry about.

Not to my knowledge and it looks winterized

Just wondering if they are inherently problematic so I can weigh options

9000 hours on mine. The Ford motor is flat out reliable. Heat exchangers are still going strong. I did order a replacement coil for one of the liquid heat exchangers about 3 or 4 years ago it had a pinhole leak, the exhaust heat exchanger and the second liquid are still original.

Where did you get the coil?

After going out of business Jim Nape still ran a Carpet supply Store near Chicago. They changed the name of the supply store a couple of times but they still service and sell parts for the power clean units. Their are a lot of Powerclean units up in that area of the country. Interlink bought the supply store last year, so I don't think its called Wolf Cleaning Equipment any longer. Best thing to do is call and speak with someone there. They will know just what you need the service guys have been there along time.

Coil, LHE$316.28
Coil, For Liquid Heat Exchanger, Copper
Thats how it was listed on my invoice, very easy to replace, although you should also get a new gasket and the brass fittings if your coil is leaking. The only reason my coil was leaking is cause the bottom of the coil had a wear spot from touching the metal and from 20 years of movement it got a pinhole leak. The other coils is good and I think will last a long time

Here is their # 708-390-0593

Damn if that don't look like mine. Where is this located? I sold 2 to Jim Nape and Larry.

But then, they all look the same.

Ran like a raped ape till I shut it down for the kinda new Blueline Thermal Wave. Or was it the Pro 1200?
Can't remember.

Same shipping pallet, same tie down straps. Hmmmmm?

Traffic in the ATL is going to make for one grumpy Fred.

Do you think this would also lift an Oreck Orbiter on one pad?
