A great Zoom meeting with friends, and conversations with grandkids in Panama.

Worked on one of the trucks loading out for a big tomorrow.

I replaced the starter on my Taurus, recharged the AC in Her ‘87 Nissan and loaded the Piggy for a charity house painting that won’t happen tomorrow.

Short ride and then went to Costco and ended up buying a new phone. I'm pretty excited about this camera!

I got up early and made my 1%’er breakfast. Then went swimming with the kids and mowed my lawns. All the smoke and ash made me feel bad, so I rested the rest of the day.

Worked on my garden for a few hrs. this AM, then family friends brought their 3 children over, the 5 children played like tomorrow never existed, went swimming, had a 2 hr. water fight, made dinner for everyone, then did physiotherapy with my youngest daughter, and watched her take her first unassisted steps in 2 1/2 months after she broke her femur....
It was a damn good day...
Now I’m about to get into a few episodes of Yellowstone....

Rode 25 miles on my Sons Giant Anthem bike. (Not made for road riding!)

And I bought a new (used) house with enough garage space to keep all my cleaning stuff (and my wifes car) heated for the cold months. I have an actual garage door opener!

Had to offer $90,000 to insure I'd get it. A "for sale by owner". VA loan, nothing down. Now to wait for the loan underwriters to find something to bitch about, like my business credit cards! They always have a question.

915 Anna Street 44509, on Zillow or Realtor.com. No pictures because it was never listed. Got in touch with the sellers via a friend of theirs. They were just about to list it with a realtor, but I caught them in time.

Someone please post a pic of it until I can load it on here.

Glorious day!

seems like you would at least ratchet strap the control arm up..................
You had to be there..

The whole thing is toast. He's been putting off and putting off and putting off dealing with things because the motor and transmission and whole front end and numerous other issues are all worn out without a retirement budget and he was trying to milk it for all it's worth.

This was the final straw.
