Not my process. I spray around the furniture, move what needs to be moved, clean where the furniture was, move the furniture back, then clean my way out. When I saw that her piano was moved...why? How can any dirt get under that heavy ass paper weight
Since they moved the furniture...It needs to be moved 3 times if I was gonna prespray it. Screw that. Up charge or not...I had 2 other jobs after. My energy is more important than $50-$75charge. And I avoided pissing her off by charging extra or $punishing$ her for trying to help.
Avoiding conflict while making the same $$$ and saving time and energy.

Some peeps would rather have a more detailed cleaning than an in-tune piano. I know--a shame.
