where I can "Mrs Kravitz" a good portion of the condo association.

Lots of dogs here and folks walking them.
a lady across the cul-de-sac walks her long haired spaniel(I think) same times every day
and lets the dog roll around in the same spot of her neighbor's yard every day
...a spot all the dogs in the 'hood stop to sniff, pee and poop on

I've yet to find a tactful way of telling her

"lady, you little sh1teater is rolling in putrid stank"

Peoples' relationship with pets have changed more than a bit.

A cleaner I know received a complaint from one of his customers. It seems that since he decontamined and deodorized here high value area rug, the dog will no longer urinate on it.

She is now worried that his deodorizer left a toxic product in the rug and it might be harmful to the dog since the dog now avoids the rug.
