Butler 2500 series and tires

With 29,000 miles on my 2018 Butler, my front tires are damn near worn out on the inside

is there a way to align the tires while fully loaded to compensate for all the additional weight?

never had this issue with the other 3 Butler vans but they were all 3500 series , I’m assuming the front end can’t handle the same weight on the 2500s

gonna contact Butler this AM, but figured you gear head geniuses would have additional suggestions ...

I await a clever Alabaman response.... try using a synonym for idiot, it’s more worn out than my tires

Had this issue with my 3500 and slide-in. Had it aligned with a full fresh tank when I got the new tires. Hasn't been a problem since.

Had this problem with one of the Fords. Besides rotating tires, even had one pair dismantled and flipped around to even the wear....argh

No problem with 2 Chevy 3500s since then, but now I worry about the 2500 we just added.

They are aligned at the factory without weight.
Ultimately they should be realigned after the build from Butler especially a 2500 with more flex than a 3500.
I have had both 2500's and 3500's and will never own a 2500 again.
My cousin that aligns mine has me fill the water tanks 1/2 way. You go out in the morning full and you come home empty so 1/2 full is a happy medium. He also has me jump in the seat when he does the final adjustment. (Anal I know) but he set one of mine to spec and showed how far off the graph it went when I jumped in.

It could also be a misalignment from the factory or hitting a pothole.
I chewed up a set of tires in less than 3k miles on my 2018 Nissan titan XD pickup it was that far out of alignment.

worked at a dealership and one of the stories they told was of a lady that had tire wear problems. A number of times they put on new tires and an alignment kept wearing out the tires. Finally they had the lady sit in the vehicle while they aligned the tires that fixed the problem because she was a big one and when she would get in it affected the alignment. So when you are having your vehicle aligned have weighted with a normal weight that you carry and keep it balanced. Especially the butler's with most of their weight on one side.

Thanks for the advice

the front tires are wearing evenly on the inside

definitely wasn’t aligned after the machine was installed

No problem with the Pro, but when I bought the Genesis in 2003, new 2500 extended Express, picked it up in Chicago, stopped at home, drove to a Summerfest in Baltimore, and the tires were showing tread inside after that trip. The Genesis weighed damn near a ton, between the huge blower and Ford engine. Align it with full tank of water, or what ever weight your carrying daily.

The only real weight on the Pro 1200 is the blower, and the freshy tank, if you use one. And of course the waste tank when full.

No problems with my fully loaded 2018 Butler in a standard length 2500. Before that was a Pro 1200 SE in a 2500 with no tire or weight issues. Next spring I'll be buying a brand new Butler in another 2500 standard length.

When I bought my last one I thought Butler said they add a back leaf spring and have the van re-alligned after everything is installed, but I might be mistaken.
