In an auto parts store. 7 year old filthy glue down nylon.
I let Brady off this morning, so it fell to me to clean it. Being the true professional 32 year cleaner that I am, and having all the cool tools, I completely amazed them with my cleaning abilities.
Vacuumed
Pretreated a few oil and gum stains
Presprayed
Rotovac’d with brush head until sight glass ran clear
Followed by Zipper extraction and slow dry passes
Dry Path fan drying while breaking down and loading
1 hour and fifteen minutes

Most of you idiots would have been gone in 20 minutes after a 2 step extraction.

That’s why I’m the pro you VLM morons will never be.

So did you charge $175+/- ?

What gets me is that guys must either be charging less than they claim to on the internet, or moving slower than they claim to on the internet. Anything else and I can't get the math to pen out.

I haven’t billed them yet, but yes, it’ll be $175.
I’m sure they’re expecting $80.

No, I didn’t discuss price with them, but I do their houses, so they know I’m not cheap.

The math doesn’t make sense because you’re figuring with your particular market driven biased in mind. Once you wipe away all you’re prejudices, you’ll reach two profound realizations.
1) You are capable of more than you think
2 At least half the posters here lie like dogs.

Both are true.

Well Marty, WE did an ENTIRE apartment complex (All hallways, common spaces, entrance/exit mats) yesterday, AND sold them on protector, including 2 units, AND , after 6 PM, WE did an auto body reception, and kitchen area...
Now, IDK what you do in your part of the world, but I’ll let you guess what we generated for revenue for the day....
If it makes you feel better about yourself, by all means, call me WHATEVER you want....

That is three. And I’d still be there.
No wonder I’m broke.

The smell of cheap lasts much longer than the glorious feeling of of paying out the ass
At the time of the job.....

Would have edged with my wand and zippered until tube was clear and locked in the price before I started because I’m a professional

Putting the zipper in a little 10x10 room is a waste of energy. But the auto parts guys were impressed, so I guess that's good.

Nah, you wasted your energy pulling another tool out and putting it back in
