Can I basically kiss my gym/fitness plan good bye if I become a carpet cleaner?

I love going to the gym but I am concerned that I will be too tired to go after cleaning carpets all day.

don't want burst your bubble, but the likelihood of you being so busy to be physically too tired from cleaning all day/everyday the first couple years is pretty slim

^^that^^ unless you're priced so low you're not making any profit and/or have sustainable beaucoop bukz for marketing

If the trainer is a female: Depends how cute she is!

However, I would still train a least two times a week because it will help take off any stress and will help energize you. That suggestion is from my own experience.

I worked at UPS for the first couple of years I was in business. When I quit that I gained 30 lbs. So if you're thinking you will get enough exercise cleaning, no. I think you will need it as a stress release, so keep it.

You have far more important things to think about and plan if you're planning to start a cleaning business than your gym membership.....

So, these guys here are clearly assholes, so I’ll answer. If your body feels stressed after a day of cleaning carpet, then you definitely need to head to the gym and get stronger. The stronger you get in the gym, the easier cleaning carpet will be. You also need to eat healthy, with lots of essential fats and quality carbs.

I was fat for my first 12 years of carpet cleaning. Then a food allergy forced me to quit eating junk and I lost 40 lbs.

Moral of the story,,,you won't burn enough calories cleaning carpet to look like Arnold Schwartznegger if you hit a drive through every day for lunch.

Especially if you use a 1.5” wand.

At least use a man’s wand.
