Meth is handled by the country here. They bill the property owner for clean up. It's not something a private contractor can do. I wonder if Fentanyl is handled the same???

What kind of licensing is involved for this in California? Who is putting on the class? If its the wild west Nevada, i'm not interested.

In my area you need to be Certified by the state in bio hazard clean up and also have a special hazmat classification removal permit.
You also have to guarantee the process and removal of all contaminated materials.
Have heard that in the majority of cases the sheet rock has to be removed being that it's porous.
Sounds like it's a lot more of a headache than asbestos removal and clean up.
Not long ago there was a house on the news that was a meth lab and the State condemned it and torn it down.

I can see that happening a lot. I can also see doing a lot of work that won't get paid for.

Landlords that avoid paying because the clean up exceeds the cost of the contaminated slum. Without insurance providers footing the bill for hazardous cleanup, I can't see value in this Avenue of work.

Not to mention the cost of pollution insurance for the contractor. I'd skip it like a rock in a pond! 😉

I tried coke once.
Mushrooms, twice
Waay too much leaf but its been 10 plus years

Im just not a good druggie.
Was it Bolivian or Peruvian coke?
Bolivian is usually pure white and you use a razor blade to cut it up....
Where as Peruvian has a pinkish hue
And flakey.....and is WAY better!

Ohh...and you shoulda been there when a certain Steam Genie inventor rode in the Purple Cadillac.....
