They work great but can be more expensive because of the dry ice.dry ice blaster if 1 in your area
river...good point.There is a stream under that bridge, no soda blasting or sand blasting. Trout waters are guarded like the border used to be.
There are loads of "natural" and "biodegradable" products that will melt graffiti off of bare concrete or brick so you can pressure wash it away - some of them have DOT approval.
Set up a sock dam and pump the waste water into a tank. Lots of guys make a living doing this AND already work with government agencies.
Covering it with more paint is just quicker and cheaper. (They'd never pay for ice blasting.)
There are also siloxane coatings that will stop paint from adhering, but they probably won't want to pay for that either.The local injun kids will just do it again..
