Hi everybody, long time lurker, first time poster. Thanks for all the information and wisdom on not only cleaning but tool reviews and how to improve your business and make it more profitable.
I have a question about the Austrian made CRB's, the 10 inch TM3. I have looked at online footage of the 10 inch doing tile and grout scrubbing but I cant seem to find any description of the TM3 from a distributor here in Australia being able to handle it. I know the Pro35 is sealed for rug washing but would prefer a smaller unit right now that can do everything and get everywhere, going to a larger crb when funds and business grow. Will a standard TM3 be up to tile and grout or is there another brand or upgrade that offers a sealed 10 inch that I have not heard about or seen? I would like to pick up a crb but want to make sure I buy right the first time. Anyone using one of these?

Awesome, thanks for your experience with them. I am getting by with a grout brush but lugging a 175 with a portable to clean carpet or TG is more wear and tear on my body, anything to reduce that in the long run is worth it.

Nope, a crb is needed. Not on every job, but it’s much better than a plastic rake these idiots were arguing about with me a few days ago, and much lighter and faster than a 175

Crb for all the reasons you mentioned. 10” is awesome on T&G. You can change brushes so fast. I have a 15 also, but my guys grab the 10 always unless large area. Don’t listen to the tool.

The CRB needs a grout line brush. Every so many inches the brushes shoukd be a quarter inch longer.

So, what size 175 are you using with a brush. Even a 13 with a brush can’t be as easy or convenient as crb. Impossible
16 inch. Pretty easy to use. Biggest problem with this job is I usually can't use my truck mount. Parking is unavailable unless I get real lucky. I am rinsing with a 1200 psi pump and portable unit which has to be emptied often. Pita.

We use a porty every day in one of our schools. 10” crb and th40 for the win. The crb can get beside most toilets. But I wouldn’t mind having a doodle scrub for those it can’t. #janitor
