I made a few adjustments today. I shortened up this hose that went to my blower and took out the elbow and moved the waste tank. What do you think?
Do you think this will improve vacuum?

Looks much cleaner. Any concerns with heat? I just wonder if the closer position will block airflow.???

That actually crossed my mind but I don't think it will be an issue. It's in my trailer so I usually have the side and rear open with lots of air. I'll take a better picture tomorrow showing how I have it laid out. I would have taken one today but I had everything tore apart and it looked like a junk yard in there and I knew everyone would ridicule the shit out of me for it looking like a shit hole.

Yes sir. This is the way I bought the TM years back. I did move it to another trailer but had always kept it the same until today.
It’ll definitely perform better.

The heat if a factor can offset with
High heat insulation an or maybe a cooling fan mounted on roof of van?
But regardless nice job ,the elbow gone helps fer sure ...

i was never a fan of 90 degree elbows especially from the blower to the waste tank. That was my one negative when I bought the Titan 575 but dont see much difference.
For sure your mod will improve your vac. Thats a lot of work tho.
