Flood job

Don't do a lot of water damage these days but did a nice little job for one of my property mgr. Clean water from an ice making fridge. Extract, install 3 dryers and 1 dehu. Just cleaned today, everything is nice and dry. Easy $1500.

I talked to a cleaner today who had a long nap while his son went out and cleaned carpet. His customers said the kid was a lot more personable, but he didn't clean as well as his father.
