It's time to find a better grip for our wands

I was in a house today filling the room full of steam and was soaking wet from sweat and high humidity. I could barely keep a good grip on the wand because my hand kept sliding.

Is there something out there to help fight the wet hand syndrome during a hot job or can these wand makers come up with something better than those cheap, black grips?

So many diy or buy from stores solutions...
A cheap foam grip...
Covered nicely with grip tape or Paracord etc...
One thing you never see commercially are foam gripped window extension poles...
All my teams had them for comfort an warmth in winter...
There are handle wraps in all hardware stores simply insert handle barrel.
Unwrap done...
I would go silicone personally then wrap...

This thread just keeps getting better and better.

Hey Matt, I can send you an old Richard Simmons workout VHS tape I found in a vacant house.

I’m excited about this

What I see here is
-Less hand fatigue, because we won't have to squeeze the wand harder, trying to keep it from sliding on our sweaty hands.
-More control due to less sliding

But, it'll get ugly real soon from the sweat. I'm glad it came with two rolls of this stuff

And the adhesive is a joke. It's only about 1/8" wide, which is why you see the gorilla duct tape on the back of it
