I'm sure he's already got pictures of the chemical jugs, the machine and the pads..

When I'm done I'm going to send him the link to the green glides Tops page to just to the chase

I have had a number of people come to me over the years who got "inspired" by watching a guy do the cleaning, and making careful notes of the equipment and chemicals that he used.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if this is his plan.

These are the guys who then go through an IICRC class and are competely lost.

We had a nursing home and retirement home where the janitors took pictures of the machines and the solutions we were using.

Both jobs came out great, both we never heard from again. Dan blamed the vlm system for being too easy and too inexpensive to buy.

His thought was a TM setup was too complex and too expensive for a commercial client to buy. However they could afford a few thousand and with little to no training required it was an easy purchasing decision.

I believe there are those that want it done professionally, not by inside staff and those were our clients.

The others are always going to look for a cheaper way, and buying a system would happen whether they used us once or not.

I have seen a lot of purchased systems in the janitor closets of some of my commercial customers. Always seemed like a good idea at the time. After a couple of uses, it just sits there until it gets sold for a fraction of what they paid for it.

That's why you take the name of the machine off. And never let them see the jugs of chemical you use : )

No way you understood that.
Do you just automatically hit the like button?
Makes perfect sense to me. He asked point blank. They went and smoked a blunt with his brother Jeff. Jeff manages 10 properties and they smoked a fattie at each one. Everything looked great after smoking the 10th so he posted it.

Ya just gotta read between the lines with Mike. 🙂

And they usually try to pawn it off on me. I got a
nice 28” Nobles battery sweeper today from one. Dang it, I had to get the trailer to haul it off.
