Id make a great Mormon...

You take far too much joy in defying temporal authority and tradition for me to believe you'd show reverence for any level of spiritual authority.

....and if you inferred the penchant for the FLDS (no longer an option for our LDS friends) to take on multiple marriage partners...well that's just plain nuts Mike.

I find that even one exceeds my patience (and me theirs, to be fair...)

You must be suffering from a stroke.

A response from SA on all your problems thus far. Are they sending a replacement unit?
Sammy wants to send Scott some chemicals and equipment last I heard. No replacement, no refund, no cash back. I don’t know things, I’m just the wife. I told Scott to check the thread and answer your questions but he became a one man band again over the weekend so he’s working a lot of hours trying to do three people’s work. Both full time employees texted that they quit on Sunday afternoon with no notice, no explanation, and a full schedule.

Wow, I hope you can find some replacements quickly. That's pretty irresponsible for them to quit without notice. Especially for both of them at the same time. Hope they aren't going on their own with your customers.

It's great it's running again and nice of him to offer chemicals (can you pick your brand? I'd recommend Prochem).

However my concern would be with the unseen heat damage to other components. That machine when it malfunctioned generated extreme heat to the point that it melted hoses. What other unknown damage could exist?? How did it affect the life expectancy of those components?

Now that the unit has gone through the incident is he offering extended warranty? Is the manufacturer of the main components going to stand behind their warranty or is it now invalid following the extreme heat that they were exposed to.

Can you get it all in writing? Words in court become "he said, she said", documents carry more weight.

That just pisses me off! Sorry to hear this.
Me too. One of them we were going to fire anyway but the other has been with us for two years, very hard worker, has always come to me with any issues in the past, and then this, out of nowhere. So I guess it doesn’t matter if the SA is running at the moment :(

See if you can talk to him and see what's up. Could be a personal problem.

Neither of them have the resources to start their own business

This is Scott’s concern as well

Yes :( Scott’s trying to stay positive, but I’m heartbroken. You pour so much time, effort, and money into people who just screw you in the end. But there is way too much work for Scott alone. No one wants to do physical work with weird hours.

He can't do the work of 3-for long. You need to move all those that will allow you to move them.

Even if you have to offer some incentive to move them. You may lose a few but if Scott goes down trying to cover all the bases it will be worse.
