🤭 10-years. Read too many trade advertisements and tried a slew of products. I believe it comes with being a carpet cleaner.

Ultrachem Clean. I' compared a lot of chems in my former life but this would peel the grease off a monkey but gentle enough for most day to day.

It was the bane of my existence the 1st 5 years in business. Everyone saying there's was the "most powerful", which usually meant higher Ph. or solvent level.
it got a lot better after I took some IICRC classes and learned the chemistry of carpet cleaning. Success comes from using the proper Chemical for the task.

Don't worry Papa John. I won't use it on my normal jobs. 200 pigs walk on this stuff 12hrs before I clean it. I have to hit it hard

Bio-8 and PSor
Yeah for 7 or 8 poodle pee spots

But for 200pigs….it needs to be flooded with very potent products that we wouldn’t use in a closed up house.

I’ve tried all the presprays, enzymes, and acids we use.

The over the counter products work best on situations like this. Some day, some other dude is gonna run into a situation like this and he will thank me for posting so much about this. FFA isn’t going anywhere anytime soon
