@Mikey P I have a big Is commercial job tonight that I haven't cleaned in a few years. It'll have a long hose run of about 250 ft. im using the 370SS.
if needed, Should I use the 14" zipper or the
360BH? im worried about not enough suck at the wand head for these tools.
might go with 16inch EVO TM wand, but worried about my arms tiring out.

Run it 4 to the door. Big difference. At least the first 50 feet from the truck. 100 if you have enough hose.

Too much area to cover for a small wand head.
I used the 16-inch EVO TM wand for the win. This wand removes water faster than the dev wand. the hose run was 220ft
Or even better, an OP machine
They tried the OP guy once-- they came back to me for HWE.
IMO-- even the popular yet pathetic "shark-toothed" wand technique will remove more soil than an OP machine.

But I was impressed with how the TOPS machine vibrated the whole church floor when used at MikeyFest.-
Impressive power-- just not conducive to my business model

They were disappointed with the operator, not the method.

I use it occasionally on commercial. Today was one of those days. Small office in an Auto Parts Store. Carpet squares, so I always hold my breath when cleaning it for fear I’ll catch an edge of a square.
Previous cleaning of it have always transformed it back to new like conditions. I’ve always been amazed at how long it takes for the site tube to stop showing soil. Today was finally the day when it started happening. So, I had to stop and finish with the wand. It didn’t look nearly as good this time.

Would a corn rower and Zipper have worked?
