When I go to move a small item and relatively no thought to it.

My back almost slips into lockdown mode saying you over did it

It the stupidest things.

My guess would be accumulated wear.

And breaking point.

Struggling with 4 stops today my woman brought me advil on the last job.

I have a few salonpas patches on right now.

After a good soak with the jets on the jacuzzi.

The wife walked the dogs by herself tonight.

Bad backs are part of life.
Yeah but if we who are older....

Cough cough wisdom should tell us when is enough.

I'm half way through a monster week.

And sometimes I bite off more then I can chew.

I'm going to 🦣 next week Thursday through Sunday.

So I'm working 6 days this week.

I may regret that.

Ok lastly for you young guys.

The more time I take off and the 2 3 jobs days I do, I feel better.

When I over do it.

That's when the piper calls.

The answer is right in front of most of you

You shouldn’t be working this much without help

I imagine most of you when you were in your 20s and 30s had visions of running a company

Not being a tech your entire career

I have a the ssti14 and a holed glide.

I just get lazy pulling off the brush glide. Cleaned this yesterday with it.

Sam keep in mind that the SSTI wands were originally designed to NOT be used with a glide.
The oem glide is very thing and doesn't raise the head off the floor much so the stock jets work ok. Because GG's are thick and meaty, you may wans to replace the 95's on the ends with 80s to reduce over spray.

It’s easy people….

Strength training and a whole food diet that doesn’t cause inflammation.

For the life of me, I don’t understand why people live in misery when they can help themselves.

Stronger muscles fueled by proper nutrition can change you life.

Your back gets injured usually when your back isn’t strong enough.

A busy carpet cleaner's back gets injured because they overwork it. 13hrs on my feet a couple days ago because I needed to get these 7jobs finished before I put my spare van in the shop yesterday, and I worked through lunch doing it. I had to get those jobs finished because I'm 3weeks booked out and I knew I'd be without work yesterday and today because both of my vans are down.

The back is strong enough. It just got overworked. I love my inversion table though
